Radhika Kukreja who grew up in Delhi realized at an young age that she was very interested in interacting with people from different parts of the world and also had
a flair for developing and creating new product lines
With this in mind she joined the National Institute of Fashion Technology- specializing in apparel design and production
After graduation- was offered many jobs, but decided to start her career with a French Buying House- whose main clients included big stores like Gallerie Lafayette,
Printemps She concentrated on Europe for many years- but when an opportunity to join an American company catering to major groups such as Nordstrom, Neiman
Marcus, Potterybarn.- came her way- she took it and earned a good reputation in the market
When they relocated to another city- Radhika being quite dynamic,decided to do something on her own and set up "Flame Of India" in the year 2000- in partnership
with her parents and looked after the interests of a number of wholesalers based out of Canada & America .
She handled all their purchases of furnishings, gifts, apparel & accessories from here
Things worked out well and the Company became a very reputed Buying Office in Delhi
Having been in this line for so long-- and enjoying it too- she was keen to pursue things so teamed up with INDUS VALLEY- New Delhi & established a liaison
office in Los Angeles - where she is now based.
This is certainly working well in business development and client servicing
